Additional Information: Princess Mary was the 11th child of King George 111 and Queen Charlotte.In July 1816 she married her cousin, Prince William Frederick Duke of Gloucester and Edinburgh, they lived at the White Lodge in Windsor.Mary was said to be Queen Victoria's favourite Aunt.There is another version of this portrait in the Royal Collection,it was copied on enamel by Henry Bone.The miniature is set in the original gilt frame.
